Description: Collaborate with healthcare providers to identify and address the health needs of patients
Coordinate healthcare programs and services within the organization
Develop and implement health education and promotion programs
Conduct community outreach to inform target populations about available healthcare resources
Manage relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and stakeholders
Monitor healthcare program outcomes and develop reports and analysis on program effectiveness
Support patient care by assisting with patient education, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Requirements: A bachelors degree in health care or administration.
At least three years experience as a medical administrative officer or a similar role.
Knowledge of key medical reports such as pathology reports and general-health checks.
Excellent time management skills and organizational abilities.
Top-notch client interaction skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
A general understanding of medical terminology and abbreviations.
