Responsibilities
Diagnosis: Assess patients dental needs and plan treatment
Design: Create artificial teeth, bridges, dentures, and other dental appliances
Fit: Install artificial teeth and other dental appliances
Rehabilitation: Help patients with disabilities of the head and neck
Maintenance: Help patients maintain their oral health and function
- Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD).
Appropriate state licensure.
Proven experience working as a prosthodontist.
