- Cleaning and Sanitizing:
Thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene.
Making Beds and Changing Linens:
Changing bed linens, including sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers, and ensuring beds are made neatly.
Restocking Supplies:
Replenishing amenities like toiletries, towels, coffee, tea, and other items as needed.
Reporting Maintenance Issues:
Identifying and reporting any maintenance problems, such as broken appliances, plumbing issues, or damage to the room.
Interacting with Guests:
Providing friendly and professional customer service, answering basic guest questions, and addressing requests or concerns.
Maintaining Cleanliness of Public Areas:
In some cases, room attendants may also be responsible for cleaning hallways, stairwells, and other common areas.
Following Procedures:
Adhering to established cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
Working Independently:
Effectively managing time and workload to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
