- A Hospital Branch Operations Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a specific hospital branch.
This involves managing various aspects of the branch, including staff, resources, and patient care, to achieve optimal performance and patient satisfaction.
Role & responsibilities
* Taking care of entire operations of the hospital, including medical administration, general administration, human resource practices, and quality guidelines and compliances.
* Complete clinical engagement.
* Ensure Hospital Policy Management (CE/NABH/NABL/JCI/ISO/NMC)
* Plans, directs, and oversees P&L, Operational policies, initiatives, and goals of the entire business. Helps organization execute long and short-term plans and directives by implementing judgement, vision, management, and leadership.
* Ensure high quality of patient care.
* Ensure hospital is compliant with all the applicable laws.
* Develop polices and strategy for smooth conduction of hospital operations.
* Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and take corrective action as needed.
* Responsible for outlining new approaches and business models to develop the business.
* Oversee daily operations and ensure that business objectives are met.
* Establish a strong company culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Experience: 3 years
- Bachelor degree

Qualifications:Bachelor / Master in Healthcare Administration,Business Administration
Experience:2-4yrs of experience in healthcare management or hospital administration
