As an Internal Medicine physician at Talentspoc LLC, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and ensuring ongoing patient education and support. We emphasize a patient-centered approach, focusing on the overall well-being of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
Conduct detailed medical histories and physical examinations to assess patient health.
Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop individualized care plans that align with patient goals and preferences.
Educate patients on preventive measures and lifestyle changes to enhance their health.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care.
Accurately document patient interactions and treatment plans in the medical record.
Participate in continuous medical education and training.
Engage in community health initiatives to promote wellness and preventive care.

Requirements: Experience: 3 years; Masters degree; Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Internal Medicine is mandatory.
Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state.
3-5 years of experience in Internal Medicine preferred.
Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is advantageous.
