- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. Develop and implement effective treatment programs. Provide counseling to patients and patients families about results of testing and recommended treatment options. Establish patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatment.
The position is full time Sunday - Thursday with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Requirements
- Masters degree in speech therapy or speech-language pathology.
Relevant license and certification.
Experience with certain disorders and age groups may be required.
Sound understanding of speech-related disorders and treatments.
Familiarity with database management software.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills.
