- Description
- 1. Job Purpose
The Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator performs, plans, directs, coordinates and controls all facility maintenance to ensure proper safety, sanitation and mechanical functions for the facility including; grounds and equipment.
2. Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
§ Coordinate all maintenance work to properly maintain WMS facilities and grounds.
§ Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities and process work assignments.
§ Establishes and maintains a reliable network of outside vendors and suppliers to ensure cost effective and timely support of the maintenance function.
§ Hires contractors or subcontractors to perform maintenance work to specialized or extensive to be performed by the maintenance staff
§ Ensures all permits/licenses are maintained.
§ Performs routine inspections of all systems and equipment.
§ Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls the day-to-day operations of the department.
§ Establishes and communicates the level of quality and safety expected in the performance of maintenance tasks.
§ Perform other duties as assigned.
- Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
